AMIN Worldwide Recognizes Excellence in Advertising with Annual Globey Awards

July 3, 2024

The global network recognized five top independent agencies for creativity and  innovation.

San Francisco, CA (June 26, 2024) — The Advertising & Marketing Independent Network (AMIN) Worldwide unveiled the winners of the 4th annual Globey Awards at the Global CEO  Conference in San Francisco this week. The Globey Awards celebrate excellence in advertising,  highlighting the most creative, effective, and collaborative campaigns from AMIN’s member  agencies.

This year, the Globeys received more entries than ever before. With 50+ member agencies,  teams were honored for their remarkable contributions in the following categories: Best in  Show, Most Creative, Most Effective/Results Driven, and Best Collaboration among AMIN  member organizations.

“The Globeys celebrate the outstanding achievements of visionary minds who have redefined  storytelling with passion and precision,” said Brendan Cumiskey, President at Dalton and  Member Engagement Committee Lead at AMIN. “These awards stand as a testament to the  remarkable creativity and dedication to shaping narratives that resonate globally.”

The 2024 Globey Award winners include:

Best in Show

Agency: iO (Netherlands)

Client: Länsförsäkringar

Länsförsäkringar tackled teen mental health amid social media’s rise with Laika 13, the first AI  teenager immersed solely in digital life. This initiative not only sheds light on social media’s  impact but also engaged youth through interactive education. Laika 13’s success surpassed

expectations, boosting awareness, changing behaviors, and sparking global dialogue on digital  well-being.

Most Creative

Agency: Cronin (Connecticut)

Client: Modern Woodmen

Modern Woodmen hired Cronin to build engagement with new audiences. The “Modern since 1883” initiative clarified their identity, using contemporary storytelling to highlight the company’s pioneer spirit. The results to date prove that effective communications can have a direct impact on business outcomes, alongside enhancing ad recall and awareness. The Modern Woodmen and Cronin partnership exemplifies teamwork, trust and world-class creativity.

Most Effective

Agency: H/L (California)

Client: Toyota

H/L aimed to connect Toyota’s sales to their advertising impressions to identify effective media and high-converting placements. By leveraging first-party sales data and proprietary data, they developed a Sales Match-Back System to optimize targeting, media channels, and strategies based on actual sales. This approach reduced the cost per sale by 87% and increased quarterly spending on targeted audiences by 80%, earning H/L a 2024 Silver Effie for Data-Driven Media.

Best Collaboration

Agencies: Campagne (Netherlands) and CVR (Indianapolis)

Client: Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra

Small collaborations can be just as impactful as big projects. CVR from Indianapolis and  Campagne from Rotterdam exemplify this through their latest project with the Indianapolis  Symphony Orchestra. They captured the essence of world-renowned conductor Jun Märkl, who  is set to lead the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Campagne documented Märkl during a  concert in Maastricht, while CVR transformed this footage into engaging press releases, website  features, and social media content. This collaboration highlights trust, innovation, and a shared  vision for excellence, setting the stage for Märkl’s grand arrival in Indianapolis.
