Is there a better way to kick off the summer than with a college football game? 

We put the team together and the result was an afternoon of fun and good mood. 

Name 1 fun fact about you, your agency, or market, that people might find interesting?

Comon is 21 years old, and we still have our very first employee working with us. He’s our Data Lead and his name is Carlos Quadrado (Charles Square translated to English), so when we moved to our current offices, we decided to pay him a well-deserved homage by giving his name’s English version, Charles Square, to our square lobby. Since we’ve set the bar so high, a bust of him would be an expected upgrade as a tribute for the upcoming years.

What were your two greatest accomplishments of 2022?

A new organisational structure, allowing us to have more closeness and better communication while managing to keep all of our clients as well. We believe in our 100% retention rate as a consequence.

Name the best things about being an Indie! (Independent Agency)

Being able to make our own path and having more freedom to change and adapt. Just like a cool Indie band.

What do you wish clients could better understand to get the most out of their agency partner?

We strongly believe that creativity is about adding value, and if you want value added, it takes time and courage.

What does AMIN’s Mantra, “You’ve Got Allies”, mean to you in your own words?

A safe place to share experiences, sorrows and victories, that influence and inspire our own decisions.

What inspires you most as we move into 2023?

Looking into 2025.

Would You Rather

Would you rather be transported 500 years into the future
OR 500 years into the past, and why?

The perks of having 2 CEOs: Two answers for each question:
1. Luis – Since I love washing dishes, I’ll take the self-driving car.
1. Tiago – Automated Home. It’s a nice way to keep the house clean and tidy. Besides, I love driving.
2. Luis – 500 years into the past. I’m a pessimistic person. I can’t imagine nice things for humanity within the next 500 years. Sorry.
2. Tiago – Since time is a spiral and I’d rather go back to the beginning to understand things, I would obviously choose to go 500 years into the past.
