The Situation: With over 50 unique destinations, Omni Hotels & Resorts prides itself on providing unforgettable experiences. However, they have long been perceived as a hotel for conferences and events. We needed to change that perception and reposition Omni as a true destination brand.

The Challenge: We needed to humanize the Omni experience. Make it feel personal. Elevate brand perception to match the actual experience guests receive while visiting.

The Solution: We decided to focus on telling a more compelling story that cues an emotional/nostalgic feeling. We wanted to create a campaign that would remind people that an Omni vacation is more than the place and the amenities. It’s all about the space we give you to create your own lasing memories. With cinematic visuals of a real family vacation set to the song “Linger” by The Cranberries, we delivered two brand commercials that turn the Omni experience into something truly unforgettable.

Early Results: In the first 2 weeks of the campaign, nightly bookings doubled year-over-year. In the first month, 70,000 room nights were directly attributable to the campaign.
