After the pandemic almost bankrupted Jacada, we knew that intricate attribution was the lifeline they needed when travel re-opened. Introducing our solution: an industry-leading and highly effective attribution system. Although set up initially as a response to COVID – and having won multiple industry awards in 2022 and 2023 – the system’s performance continues to get better, with the last 12 months being a record for profit and ROAS. The attribution system works by creating a unique ID for every website visitor, which integrates into a CRM. This is paired with a super slick entry form on Jacada’s website, which has been continuously refined through data-led A/B tests to improve user experience, design and calls to action. The system enables us to whittle away time wasters and track conversions from end-to-end, resulting in a high-converting approach: giving Jacada total confidence in their marketing spend, since they can immediately see the impact on revenue. Working in close partnership as Jacada’s full-service agency for eight years now (across website builds, paid media, SEO and performance), our attribution system has helped to rebuild and transform their company by allowing for hyper-targeted paid media spend. Thanks to our recent A/B testing and optimisation strategies, we’ve scaled spend by 70% and reduced our Cost per Deal by 3%. In fact, the increased supply of leads has allowed the Jacada team to grow to meet demand. With our help, they’ve become a bigger company than pre-COVID, doubling to 104 people and sporting a $68.5M annual revenue.
